Join us for a 4-Week Yoga Trapeze® Series with a Focus on
Balance happening this October with Instructor Megan Tyler
Fridays, starting October 7th - 28th 8:30AM - 9:30AM | $85

This series will give students the chance to work on various
postures that are intended to challenge your balance while allowing
room for growth - setting a foundation for a strong practice for
years to come on and off the Trapeze!
The Trapeze itself is a great tool for assisting in balance
and will be utilized throughout to support you while allowing the
opportunity to focus on the engagement of the muscles within your
body needed to strengthen your balance over time.
You can expect some fun and funky flows!
A great series for any level - each student will have the
chance to progress at their own pace with the option for
modifications and variations offered each class.
