The first of our Autumn restorative yoga series. This 2-hour online workshop will be about grounding and stepping into the wise witness within you. As the days begin to darken, we harvest all the fruits of our year and nourish ourselves with all that we learned and all we have received.
Gentle flow, long-held restorative postures and lots of grounding breath work. Get your pyjamas on, grab a hot cup of something and snuggle up with your mat, a pile of blankets and as many cushions as you can get hold of.
