The days around Winter Solstice are the darkest days of the year in the Northern Hemisphere. This is a powerful, sacred time. It’s also a turning point, and we recognize it with a special practice to honor and nurture the life force within.

This workshop begins with a practice of kundalini yoga to awaken energy, balance the body and bring the mind to stillness. Energy centers are balanced and unblocked, tension is released and deep rest occurs.

An extended gong bath will bring your body deep rest and restoration.

You will emerge renewed with a sense of clarity and peace, in preparation to bloom again in the months ahead.
