Take a break and get away without having to worry about travel delays! Join us for our very first in-studio self care mini retreat. Over the course of the weekend of Nov 4 - 6, take time at the studio to reset, relax, and restore, all while staying at home in Brooklyn.
Mini Retreat includes:
- Special 2 hr self massage, relaxation, and meditation candlelit class on Saturday evening, followed by a vegetarian dinner.
- Special 2 hr movement and restorative practice with a journaling session for self reflection on Sunday followed by a vegetarian lunch.
- Access to all of the regularly scheduled YogaSole classes on Nov 4, 5, & 6.
- A basket of self care supplies to take and enjoy at home.
Retreat includes access to all regular classes in the weekend. Special Retreat sessions are in Bold.

* Retreat sessions are only open to the registered attendees of the weekend retreat. All other sessions are open to the larger YogaSole community and you must make reservations online or with Sunee to be able to attend.
