This class explores cultivating, happiness, love, joy
and kindness of both the self and others. We
investigate these themes while practicing yoga, Pranayama
and guided meditation. In class we also play games, tell
stories, and create art. This class is centered around
laughter, open-space, self-love, introspection and sweet
connections. All activities are based in both ancient and
contemporary mindfulness practices. Snack and tea are
