Breathwork and reiki are both healing modalities that give us the opportunity to connect with, balance, and cleanse our prana (life force energy) so that we can expand our consciousness. When we switch from thinking into feeling, from analyzing into trusting, limitless possibilities can present themselves. 

 

Practicing breathwork along with receiving a reiki session can provide clarity, heightened intuition, deep relaxation, a space for creativity, and/or an overall new and exciting perspective of life. The possibilities are limitless. But one must feel and experience for themselves. Breathwork will be led by Charlotte Gallagher and reiki will be led by her sister Laura Gadilhe.

What is reiki? 

How do we connect with and navigate our vibrational energy?  

How do we conserve and tap into our limitless energy?
