Learn from the best on Saturday March 24 & 25.  Adam Chipiuk has taught in studios all over the world, trained over 2500 teachers and been on staff at 10 teacher trainings!  On Saturday you will take 90 minutes to explore balancing and front side compressions.  Sunday will be 90 minutes dedicated to perfecting the art of backward bending and strengthening the spine!
