Join Pam, a self proclaimed gym rat and experienced Yoga instructor in this 5 week Yoga Bootcamp series to shed Winter and prepare for Summer. This class meets 2 mornings a week on Tuesdays and Fridays at 6 am. Class is one hour and promises to be an awesome work out. Explore poses and drills to build core awareness, tone arms and legs and build up a good sweat. A good strong flow rivals tried and true forms of cardio in overall calories burned.
