Come play at the wall! We often use blocks and straps in yoga class, but the wall is probably one of the best and most underused props we have! In this workshop, we will explore poses using the wall to help us align, strengthen and deepen our poses. The wall can be used to support us as we improve our balance poses and can be used to challenge us to get deeper into poses that we didn’t think were possible! This Yoga at the Wall class will be appropriate for beginners to intermediate yogis. We won’t do any handstands or headstands, but we will delve into the world of inversions in legs-up-the-wall pose.
