This workshop combines the deep relaxation of restorative yoga with deepening hands on adjustments with the healing benefits of CBD oils.
Restorative yoga involves laying around on bolsters and actively doing NOTHING! Sometimes this can be challenging, but the massage, hands on adjustments and oils will help us ease into full relaxation. Restorative yoga also helps to calm the central nervous system, and allows the internal organs to nourish themselves by working less intensely and experiencing replenishing oxygenation.
Bring a blanket or two to this workshop in order to cover yourself for both warmth and added weight (very relaxing), or for use as an additional prop.
Other things to make you more comfortable: an eye pillow, extra layers and a water bottle.
