Are you tired, stressed or feeling depleted? Immerse yourself deeply in your 5 senses through a gentle physical restorative practice, surrounded by soothing candlelight, calming music, aromatherapy, hands-on assists and a reawakened awareness of taste. 

The physical practice slowly releases tension while supporting you with the use of bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows preparing you to surrender completely into rejuvenating depths of awareness in a guided, extended Savansana.

- This floor base practice is suitable for all that can comfortably sit and lay on the floor.

- No prior experience needed.
