Expect to sweat AND skip Sun Salutations! This workshop is sequenced in a style that builds up to a few peak poses, so that every pose leading up to them has a purpose. Rather than doing a number of backbends, forward bends and strengthening poses in one class, these workshops will work in one direction, allowing students to explore deeper asanas that may not have been attainable before. You'll experience a strong emphasison alignment, breath control and the chance to reach outside of your comfort zone in a safe and supported environment. Beginners and advanced practitioners alike will be challenged by this workshop.
The only pre-requisite is that you have an interest in
being challenged.
