TAKE YOUR PRACTICE TO THE NEXT LEVEL WITH OUR 2 DAY [FOCUS 101] TECHNIQUE & EMPOWERMENT WORKSHOP JULY 28 & 29!
Join us on a 2 day empowering and informative journey designed to help strengthen your technique and enhance your practice.
Insightful and individual attention will be the focus of this experience as we break apart specific postures, exercises and techniques step by step to help gain a deeper understanding of how our bodies and THE pow{h}er METHOD® work together to maximize optimal results.
You will leave this experience having gained a deeper understanding in:
- basic foundational set up of each exercise to enhance personal practice
- modification and advancement of posture options
- personal awareness and understanding of alignment
This journey consists of a detailed immersion of THE pow{h}er METHOD®. Each participant will gain knowledge through:
- observation
- instruction
- personal assessment
- practical application
Students will be given detailed yet easy to follow tools to strengthen the mind/body/spirit connection through form foundations and words of empowerment.
Q&A with Amy Weber {founder of THE pow{h}er METHOD®} will be offered throughout the 2-day workshop.

tap n’ pow{h}er is designed to test clients will and focus. Much like life, when clients stumble in this class, they are encouraged to get back up, reposition, refocus, and persevere. Inspired by the art of tap dancing, tap n’ pow{h}er, incorporates controlled strength training exercises interspersed with cardio intervals and postures that lengthen and strengthen. NOTE: No dance experience is necessary to have a successful experience!This class uses an interval-based safe yet challenging format to aid and promote muscle confusion to deliver fast and lasting results. tap n’ pow{h}er is a challenging hour of balance and strength inspired by the mind, body, and spirit connection to LIFE and LIFE ABUNDANT!
