NOURISH is about spending time in a community of women and honoring your own needs. NOURISH is a way of thinking and living that connects you to self-care of your body and mind. We will be talking about food, yes. But not in a way that assumes there is one right way to eat or that we all should be eating the same food. And, nourishment is about more than food. It is about showing up with and for your authentic self to nourish your mind and heart. Are you ready to jump in and create a strong foundation that allows you to live well and feel amazing?
We are on a mission to support you in owning your beautiful radiant self. Together we will engage in a process of discovering what you are craving and how to nourish your many appetites. We will talk about foods to optimize your vitality, we will share practices and rituals that strengthen your relationship to yourself, and we will explore ways of thinking that nourish mind. There will be daily journaling practices and homework assignments to keep you connected to your radiant lifestyle as you move between weekly sessions. We will share tools, resources, recipes, and things we love.
