Watch Chef Debra create a 3-course meal overflowing with color and
nutrients, then enjoy the results!
Join Debra as she demonstrates preparing healthy, vegetarian,
gluten-free recipes using fresh ingredients. While cooking, Debra
provides alternate suggestions for recipes and serving ideas,
nutrition information, and answers any questions you may have about
food, cooking, or nutrition. Debra’s goal is to help you have a
fresh, healthy dinner on the table in under an hour while making
sure you have enough for lunches and dinners over the course of a
week!
After the cooking demonstration, we will enjoy the results together
as a shared meal.
