It seems like everyone is meditating or are they medicated?! Why is it so popular, what are the benefits, and should I meditate too? Are these practices part of a specific religion or cult?
This workshop will begin by exploring several well known mantras, and perhaps finding one that speaks to you.
Discover the astounding benefits of mudras… hand gestures and their meanings. You will learn how your fingers are like little buttons and how to draw certain energies in or release energies out by pushing them together.
Want to lose weight? Need more focus or want to reduce stress? There’s a mudra for every intention you want to create!
Lastly, you will relax into and experience a quiet meditation complete with essential oils and your very own crystal to take home with you to continue these amazing practices outside of this workshop. No experience needed!
