New to yoga? Been interested in starting Yoga, but feeling a bit intimidated about attending group class? Practicing for awhile, but still have questions if you're doing it “right”? Then join Mel as she teaches the 3 most important pillars of an enjoyable, safe and rewarding Yoga practice!

Have fun in your yoga practice by learning the appropriate ways to participate in any yoga class. Bring your questions and address all of your fears under Mel’s thorough guidance. Space is limited to 15 to guarantee an intimate group where all your questions can be addressed. Invaluable hands-on adjstments will be offered to give you immediate feedback in your poses.
