The purpose of these blue licence booklets is to keep a record of a student's grading progress.

A licence booklet is required for Red Belts going for their Brown Belt at a Senior Grading (it's completely optional for lower grades).

If you'd like to get a licence book, please be aware of the requirements below.

Requirements:

1. One passport-size photograph (give to your Sensei)
2. Accurate info on WellnessLiving profile (name, address, date of birth, medical conditions)
