Payment must be completed at the Fitness Centre front desk either through debit or credit, no cash. For 12 month membership, we require a one month downpayment of $33.90, for 4 month membership we require a two month downpayment of $90.40. Employees can pay in full for these options if they wish to. After downpayment, employee can be charged via either payroll deduction (if applicable) or through credit card authorization. Access will be added onto employee ID card within 24 hours of purchase as well as proof of payment emailed (if requested). Employee can put membership on hold if needed and we will extend the for the duration of the hold for no additional cost. We will contact employee about membership renewal before expiration.
