Led by Hang Out Yoga Founder Erika Bennett. Erika is certified in yoga, aerial yoga and bungee fitness. She has taught more than 500 classes and has an extreme passion for helping others find their potential through flight!

This training is suitable for complete yoga beginners to already qualified yoga or fitness instructors.

SCHEDULE

• Saturday, Dec. 5, 9am-1pm

• Tuesday, Dec. 8, 5-9pm

• Wednesday, Dec. 9, 5-9pm

• Saturday, Dec. 12, 9am-1pm

• Four class observations based on your own schedule

• Remaining hours of training are at-home study and class observations at own pace

COST

$850 / $750 if paid in full by Oct. 31.

• Last payment of $275 due by Dec. 4

Training materials include Aerial Yoga Techniques, Methodology, and Traditional Principles. Once the course work is complete, you will have access to learn how to lead specialized classes such as aerial yoga beginners, aerial yoga sculpt, aerial yoga restorative, aerial yoga kids, partner aerial yoga, aerial flips and tricks, and more…

Don’t necessarily want to teach, but you have a hammock and want to learn what to do with it? That’s fine too!
