This gives you access to the recordings of the 5 day Summer seasonal yoga intensive taught by Yolande in Summer 2022.

Each class is 90 minutes long and includes asana, breathwork and meditiation practices. 

Its physical focus is softening and expansion through the chest, shoulders and upper back
Its energetic focus is one of return to the Heart, to the spark of the Divine within us, and to the pathways along which it guides us toward a life of meaning and purpose.

You will recieve the classes as daily emails over the next 5 days however you retain lifetime access.
