This Booklet is a 50 workout collection of our White Board Sessions from 2016.
The Rules of a White Board Session are:
1) Must be bodyweight
- or use equipment most people will have
- or can use random items to replicate the item used (ex: medicine ball, dowel, etc)2) Must work the ENTIRE body (all major muscle groups)
3) Must incorporate at least 1 cardio focused movement (could be as simple as running or as challenging as burpees and more)
This makes a GREAT GIFT and a FANTASTIC Travel buddy.
