The Introduction package includes 1 private session and 4 - Level 1 group classes.  The private class is for learning how to set the equipment up for your body. You'll learn about spring tension and safety on the equipment 

After this series you'll feel confident using the Pilates equipment and know how to modify your experience in class to get the most out of each session.
