To get started at our studio and acclimate to our semi-private environment, we offer a starter pack that includes four private lessons. These lessons will establish a strong foundation in classical Pilates principles and techniques, preparing you for our semi-private sessions. During these lessons, you'll benefit from personalized attention and guidance, allowing you to develop your skills in a supportive and engaging environment.

Our semi-private small group sessions consist of 3 to 4 participants at the same skill level. We cater to a variety of needs, offering specialized options for beginners and intermediate clients, our “Wisdom Program” designed to promote healthy aging, and the “Better Back® Program” for individuals with osteoporosis or back issues.

Before joining a semi-private group, you must complete all four private lessons within 2 to 3 weeks of purchase and before you can enter any semi-private.

This introductory package is valid for 60 days from the start date of your first lesson.
