3 Month Commitment
This membership allows you to have 8 sessions a month and customize your wellness experience based on your needs. You can utilize it for one modality or choose to experience all that SDO offers on a monthly basis.

This membership will provide you with 8 sessions of any service:

- Infrared Sauna
- Salt Room
- Oxygen Therapy
- Foot Detox

10% off massage therapy sessions and retail products, and all retail items will be picked up in-store.

As part of your Wellness Membership, your (1) complimentary monthly treatment to be shared with a friend may be redeemed within the month within (get 30) days after you are charged for your membership dues. However, unused complimentary monthly friend sessions may not “roll over” as a service credit into the following (30) day period. Each of your unused service credits expires (60) days after the membership fee has been charged. When utilizing the rollover extension, SDO permits the use of the rollover services per month. You may extend your expiring “rollover” service an additional (30) days by paying a $20 fee. To take advantage of the rollover extension, please note SDO requires a minimum of 24-hour notice to extend.  SDO continues to adhere to an appointment cancellation policy and kindly asks that you provide us with a full 24-hour cancellation notice or the appointment will be considered a treatment that will be used. By adhering to our Cancellation Policy, any appointment properly cancelled will not count as a used treatment, and the $25 cancellation fee will not be assessed. There is a $100 early membership cancellation fee before the end of the 3 month commitment.

This membership does not apply to the services that the SDO partners offer.
