3 Pilates 101: Reformer Foundations sessions — learn the classical sequence, refine your form, and master equipment setup.

2 SpringTone® classes — strengthen and tone using the Tower units with spring resistance for progressive overload and full-body conditioning.

All five sessions must be used within 30 days, giving you consistency and momentum from day one.

Each session blends challenge and support so you can move with ease and intention.

Class Flow

Reformer Segment: Build strength, balance, and body awareness through the classical flow.

Tower Segment (SpringTone®): Engage arm and leg springs, roll-down bar, and push-through bar to tone and strengthen with progressive resistance.

Additional Apparatus: Experience the barrels, mats, and small equipment for a complete Pilates foundation.
