A membership includes the person signing up, their spouse and children ages 16 to 24. Anyone on the membership can use any of the listed treatments, pending approval from the Elysian Medical Director. These are monthly memberships, with a 3 month minimum, paid monthly.  Treatments do not accrue and unused treatments will expire at the end of each month.
