Description
The Performance Program is the complete pre-season prep option that combines the PowHER Up on-court skill sessions with two weekly strength & conditioning sessions. Over 6 weeks, athletes will build the physical foundation they need while sharpening their basketball skills at game speed.
Each week includes:
On-Court Training (Sat & Sun, 2 hrs each) – Skills, conditioning, and competitive reps that simulate the pace of tryouts.
Strength & Conditioning (2 days/week) – Small group training focused on strength, speed, agility, and injury resilience.
This option ensures athletes aren’t just improving their skills—they’re developing the strength, quickness, and confidence to showcase them when it matters most.
Key Details:
6 weeks of on-court training + 2 S&C sessions per week (Flexible scheduling)
Focus: basketball-specific skills, strength, speed, and game-ready conditioning
Girls-only, high school athletes (Grades 9–12)
