Infrared Sauna:
Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Special Requests: We can accommodate up to 4 members in one time slot upon request (each member is billed separately) — please contact us via email or at the front desk to arrange.
Cancel Bookings: Infrared sauna bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours before session time or a late cancellation fee of $20 will be charged.

Membership Cancellation: A written 7-day notice is required before your next billing cycle.
Holds: A 14-day hold is permitted up to 2 times in a calendar year. The membership will be automatically resumed and payment processed after 14 days. A written 7-day notice before your next billing cycle is required.
