The LaBlast® Instructor Foundation Monthly Subscription (LIF) is a $30/month subscription to content released every month based on continuing the education gained in the LaBlast® certification. You can be certified in 4 LaBlast® formats (Fitness, Splash, Line Dance, Chair Fitness) and still only pay $30/month.  Kids Fitness holds its own monthly subscription as a $15 add-on for current LIF members, or $30 solo.  It is required to be an active LIF member in order to teach the format.  For more details on your LIF Subscription, view the contract below.
