Commit to one reformer class and one mat class (yoga, barre, mat pilates and HIIT) per week, and see how transformative consistent practice can be. You will notice a difference in your flexibility, ease of movement, and enhanced performance in your daily activities. This challenge includes one Free Private Pilates Session to be booked within the first 3 weeks of challenge start date.
