In your first class, you will meet with our instructor 10-minutes before your first semi-private session. Most of the time this will be a small group fitness class where you will receive personal instruction. We'll give you your new pair of gloves from Century Martial Arts for you to take home with you after class.

Our instructors have trained hundreds of people from your community, we welcome all fitness levels and all abilities.  Please on the actual class lasting about 30 minutes.
