1. Movement Intelligence Screen (MIS)- clients will perform different movements & postures that reveal movement patterns that will provide valuable information to you and your instructor about your movement quality, joint range of motion, strength, body awareness, flexibility, coordination, etc. Following the assessment you and the instructor will discuss screen findings and develop fitness & personal goals.
You will leave with a recommended plan for your Pilates or Yoga program (Privates, Classes) that is focused on transforming you and meeting your desired goals.
2. Intro Pilates 45 Minute Session - This session will introduce you to fundamental Pilates exercises on the mat and apparatus that align with your goals established in the MIS.
3. (3) Virtual 45 minute Drop Ins - Choose any class from any one of our 45 minute “Non-equipment” classes virtua or in person.
