Get motivated, stay motivated! With our 3 month training package we'll get you on track with your fitness routine to maintain and live your best life possible. We'll inspire, educate and motivate you to jumpstart your wellness journey. The program will consist of two, 60 minute 1:1 personal training sessions per week. In addition, we'll conduct a body composition analysis at program start and end. Lastly, you will have complimentary access to our Balanced Habits 14 Day Boost Nutrition program to properly educate yourself on how to fuel your body based on your activity levels and goals.
Program fees may be paid in three equal payments over the three month program period, or paid in full if preferred.
Program cannot be put on hold or transferred.
