Welcome to the art of AcroYoga! AcroYoga is a physically dynamic and creative partner yoga practice that expands our communication and trust.

This wonderful workshop is an introduction to AcroYoga, and perfect for anyone new to the practice or anyone looking to deepen and refine their AcroYoga skills. Beginner AcroYoga focuses on the static poses and also introduces basic acrobatic transitions.  Participants will get a sampling of all of the parts of the AcroYoga practice: yoga asana, partner acrobatics and Thai massage. We will warm up with beginner-friendly individual yoga and partner yoga. We then do acrobatic conditioning and learn some L-basing acrobatic classics from the AcroYoga repertoire,  working with spotters to ensure everyone is able to explore the poses safely. We will finish up with some therapeutic flying and Thai massage. The practice welcomes all bodies, ages, shapes and sizes. No experience or partner necessary, just be ready to play!
