Learn new ways that you can proactively maintain health and wellness naturally in your own home. During the presentation, Arella will provide you with an overview of Ayurveda, including the three Doshas, Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, and will discuss why an Ayurvedic Daily Routine is so important. She'll also share and demonstrate many daily rituals that will help to increase your energy level and bring more vibrant health and well-being into your life. She'll conclude by giving you tips on how to get started with integrating these new rituals into your life. This workshop will empower you to create a lifestyle that's focused on health!
Arella is an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Yoga Teacher. She loves inspiring people to create vibrant health. She believes that we all have the power within us to heal, to make ourselves more whole, and that getting some guidance along the way can be an amazing support and help speed up that process. As an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, she works 1:1 with people who are interested in improving their health and well-being through the lens of Ayurveda. Arella has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 15 years. She's a certified Yoga Teacher in the Kripalu and Jivamukti yoga traditions.
