The Initial Assessments is scheduled directly with the service provider. Please contact him or her directly to schedule a day/time for the one-one assessment. Initial Assessments are strongly recommended, but not mandatory. Assessments include orthopedic measurements, FMS screenings(squat, hurdle, core, inline lunge, and Y balance) sprint testing, horizontal and vertical jump testing, and agility testing. Feedback will be provided after the assessment.
