Our mission is to help your DCFC athlete reach and sustain an optimized level of performance, through training and physical therapy. We want to give your players the opportunity to have professional guidance and the ability to have access to high quality performance coaching to aid in their physical development and injury prevention year after year.
Pryde Athletics and Physical Therapy is a place where we proactively integrate medicine, physical therapy, and performance training in unison to maintain the healthy athlete!
We promote the proper foundation, adequate strength, mobility, flexibility, hydration, and nutrition so we can greatly reduce injury rates, their severity and accelerate recovery timelines. With a focus on prevention, recovery and performances, this 5 day program not only improves the performance on the field but also gives athletes the opportunity to be educated in holistic measures in the pursuit of a healthy life. Athletes will have 3 strength days (M/W/F) and 2 speed and agility days (T/TH). Plus the ability to join any other class listed below:
