A percussive therapy/stretching program focused on tension in the neural and fascial systems that can be products of poor posture, stress, repetitive motions, and dysfunctional movements!  This session is a 1hr duration focusing on everything head to toe.

Ideal before or after your event, game, or tournament.  Great to implement throughout your season to aid in a full recovery so you can continue to perform at a high level or enjoy a better quality of life without pain/discomfort.
