Manic Training 3x / Week is considered to be the standard full membership to Manic Training. The membership includes full access to all 3 different Manic Training workouts that are utilized over the course of the week.
Workouts are purposefully designed as a program to be completed with an emphasis on form and function, and with a goal of drastically improving one's overall fitness including core, cardio, agility, strength, balance, and overall work capacity.
Expect exciting, dynamic workouts that will challenge your mind as much as your body. 1 Hour never went so fast!
