Every Monday & Wednesday, 1030am - 1130am from June 6th through August 3rd. (Wed/Fri week of 4th of July).
Hour long workout classes for kids ages 10-14 with an emphasis on overall fitness, and sports performance. (Speed, agility, core, strength)
For kids ages 9, they can be accepted if in parent's opinion they are up for a challenge and are mature enough. For kids ages 15, we recommend that those looking for a truly challenging workout, that they workout at Manic during regular hours. For any 15 year olds looking to begin a fitness journey, this youth athletes class is the perfect segue into a life of fitness.
