Duration: 3 hours per day (9:30 am - 12:30 pm)

Length: 6 weeks of unique exploration (Tuesdays 7/8, 7/15, 7/29, 8/5, 8/19, and 8/26)

This summer, give your child the gift of movement, mindfulness, creativity, and connection with our ZenTime Studios Kids Yoga & Mindfulness Meditation Camp!

 

Each week, campers will embark on a new magical journey, combining foundational yoga practice, calming meditation techniques, sensory-rich crafts, and fun-filled activities — all designed to nurture resilience, self-awareness, compassion, and joy.

You can register for the entire 6 weeks, or for individual sessions! 

 

Each 3-hour day features:

Intro Lesson & Topic Discussion

Themed Yoga Practice (energizing & imaginative)

Snack Break (mindful eating encouraged!)

Brain Break Games (for movement and laughter)

Creative Craft Project (aligned with the weekly theme)

Restorative Yoga Session (relax and reset)

Guided Meditation (calm mind, strong heart)

Weekly Themes:

Week 1: Yoga & Meditation Basics
• Learn the building blocks of yoga poses, breathing exercises, and beginner-friendly mindfulness. Build a strong foundation for self-love and balance.

Week 2: Exploring Our Chakras
• Journey through the colorful energy centers of the body! We'll connect each chakra to fun poses, colors, emotions, and creative crafts.

Week 3: Connecting with Compassion
• Explore the power of kindness — toward ourselves, our friends, and the world. Through heart-opening yoga, thoughtful discussions, and gratitude games, campers will strengthen their emotional muscles.

Week 4: Crystals for Beginners
• Discover the magic of crystals! We'll introduce safe, simple ways kids can explore stones and their meanings, paired with mindful movement and calming visualization techniques.

Week 5: Discovering Our Spirit Animal
• Through imaginative yoga poses, storytelling, and creative crafting, children will connect to their unique spirit animal guides and learn the lessons they share.

Week 6: Empowering Our Empathy
• Wrap up the summer with a focus on understanding others and expressing emotions healthily. Children will build tools for compassion, conflict resolution, and inner peace.
