Beginner 1 level description:

A great course for those who have never had any Portuguese or those who would like to start their studies over from scratch. Here is a summary of what students will learn by the end of the Beginner 1 level: 

COMMUNICATION: Personal information, greeting people, talk about the weather, tell the time.

GRAMMAR: Gender, articles, possessive pronouns, interrogative pronouns, prepositions, verb “ser”, verb “estar”, verb “ter”.

VOCABULARY: Professions, nationalities and religions, family, seasons, days of the week, cardinal numbers, money, months.  

Next level: Portuguese Beginner 1.2 or greater.
