This class is all about connection.

We will practice supporting each other in poses by aligning with our partners and create balance. This class will challenge your strength, balance, and allow you to surrender into trusting your person. You can bring any buddy at all as this is not just for romantic couples!

All levels welcome! No experience necessary.
