Kids Yoga classes are designed for children ages 5-10 years old.
These classes are an opportunity for children to enjoy a variety of fun activities as they learn creative ways to practice yoga, mindfulness and meditation.
Each week will be a different theme, with music, games, storytelling and creative time to explore different ways to relax the mind and body.
There are many benefits for children who practice Yoga and Mindfulness:

Our Kids Yoga classes will be instructed by Mia, a Certified Children’s Yoga Instructor with 20+ years working with children.
Join us for our fall series of Kids Yoga! These classes will be held on Saturday mornings at 9AM for 1 hour. This 6-week series runs from Oct 21 – Dec 2 (no class on Nov 11).
Only 6 spots available in each class. You may register for the full 6-weeks or for individual classes. Either way, best to pre-register since space is limited.
Investment: 6 classes for $108 (that's $18/class) or $20 per class.
You can drop-off your child at 9am and pick-up at 10am OR join us for our 9am hot yoga/pilates class for adults!
Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
Yoga mats are available for purchase and rent in studio.
