This 6 Week Session is for Youth Ages 11-14.
Focusing on building a strong foundation for a vinsysya style yoga practice. Covering yoga poses, breathwork and meditation. This 6 Week session is offered for $89 for all 6 sessions or $20 for a drop in. Tuesdays begining November 7 in SHINE Medford 6-7PM & Ends December 12. 

If your youth is highly interested we reccomened signing up for all 6 sessions.This is not only the best deal ($31 savings) for you but it also  gaurentees their spot becuase this event is capped off at 10 participants.
