Aerial Yin and Yoga Nidra is a 90 minute workshop with 60 minutes of Yin yoga IN an aerial silk! Yin yoga is a very meditative practice incorporating long hold yoga poses that work on releasing the connective tissues of the body. This practice is followed by 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra (a guided mediation, also translated to Yogic Sleep) and Sound Bowl Bath. This workshop helps relieve stress, tension and body aches, promotes healthy sleep, is great for beginners, and is part of a balanced yoga practice. And is super fun!
