Aimee Roberts is certified by the Chopra Center as an Ayurveda Lifestyle Teacher and Coach, and a Kripalu 500 Hour Yoga Teacher.  Aimee has been practicing Ayurveda since 2010 and loves to share her passion for health and wellness, making it accessible to Everybody.  Aimee completed several other certifications including Teaching Yoga Nidra and Mindful Yoga Therapy (trauma informed practices). By weaving the ancient practices of Ayurveda and yoga with our modern world, we can find more balance, more love and ensure optimal health and healing for longevity and peace in our lives.  Aimee enjoys teaching, yoga, meditation, and all aspects of health and wellness to all populations, ages, and all abilities.  A mother of 3 and grandmother to 2 gorgeous babies, Aimee is new to the South Shore and is happy to meet you!
