As we leave summer behind, we welcome autumn with all its colors and new rhythms. Autumn is a time of transformation. A time to shift from the activity of summer to the slower, gentler, more internal time of fall. As trees lose their leaves and return to their roots for nourishment, we too are reminded of our need to go inward for rest and reconnection.
Join Ellen for a lovely evening of restorative yoga, guided meditation and deep relaxation. Surrounded by soft music and candlelight, you will experience grounding, nourishing restorative postures and plenty of space and time to pause, reflect and reset. Sink down, snuggle in and give yourself the gift of rest and release. No yoga experience necessary. Wine or tea included.
Restorative yoga is a gentle practice designed to bring the muscles, joints, vital organs, and nervous system back into a natural state of balance and grace. You rest in comfortable, supported positions that balance and restore the body’s energy system. When we slow down we have space to listen and respond appropriately, finding a softer and more grateful side of ourselves.
