Come experience this Introduction to Kundalini Yoga with Andrew as he guides you through a practice of meditation and breathwork along with specific movements to invigorate the body, mind, and soul!
This event will use techniques from the traditions of Kundalini yoga to tap into our prana using Kriyas, which are combinations of movement, breath, and sound. Kriya practice will target different aspects of our system ranging from building physical strength, stamina, and flexibility to improving digestion, reducing anxiety and improving mental health.
You will also be introduced to the tradition of Kundalini Kriya yoga, another style of Kundalinin as taught by Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath, which focuses more on the mediatation and energy work.
